Let us go angling if we are within a short distance of fishery, whether sea or freshwater. Social distancing is easily attainable and meets 2 of the criteria for reasonable excuse. Gathering food and exercise. It is also excellent for mental relaxation.
Why the contribution is important
Mental welfare.
