Back to School

It appears we are working towards a gradual return to work with commerce and industry returning to work inline with the perceived risk involved. My idea is to start the children back to school in line with when their parents go back to work.

It ensures that there is a gradual build up to full schooling that can be monitored to ensure the R rate stays under 1. At the same time it solves the problem of childcare for parents returning to work.
