Back to school

Perhaps 2.5 days in attendance for primary as parents require after school care to work a full day.
For after school care children bring own snacks plus water bottles and own pens for school plus after school care
Parents should take temperatures in morning and keep children off if unwell
Classrooms cleaned daily on completion of the day.

More outdoor learning and break time in order to reduce time in school buildings. After school care more outdoors
Risk of infection is a concern for teachers plus after school care and cleaning staff
PPE should be supplied all wear masks
Cleaning is an issue in primary schools especially during transition- at 3pm it needs to be cleaned before after school care commences
Entry & exit doors controlled & toilet facilities cleaned & controlled plus hygiene maintenance with hand sanitizer available at multiple locations In the school
Parents to have mobiles on to collect children without delay if unwell
Doors handles surfaces cleaned throughout days

Why the contribution is important

Infection control
Return cannot be rushed health needs to be the focus

2.5 days attendance will not work as it does not allow time for deep cleaning.

Monday and Tuesday half the school attendance.
    Wednesday deep clean
Thursday and Friday other half attends.
    Saturday deep clean.

Open school longer on the days open 9 till 5.
Teachers off on Wednesday so not working more hours.

Use the outdoors - a no-brainer as more room for social distancing.
Plenty online - via Glow and many other websites plus
work out timetabling of space and sizes of groups to go back indoors if required
