Ban smoking outside communal entrances to blocks of flats
It's bad enough that currently residents have to walk through cigarette smoke from smokers congregating at communal entrances to blocks of flats in Scotland but now we are being exposed to the possibility that they are exhaling deadly virus particles into our path as well.
This is banned in the rest of the UK and Scotland should now protect it's citizens from this unnecessary harm.

Why the contribution is important
Passive smoking from people smoking outside communal entrances to blocks of flats is a significant health risk in Scotland and we could now be breathing in virus particles at the same time. This needs to be banned now.
