Beer Gardens

When it's deemed safe, could beer gardens open in line with an earlier phase of opening?

This would work on a bookings only basis with possible table service or pick up area. It could possibly consist of having the table for a set time to limit the amount of time people are out or in an area with increased numbers. This would allow gradual easing into hospitality again.
People will no doubt be anxious after this amount of time away from gatherings of people but, being based outdoors, could help to encourage people out and kick start the economy within this industry in a very controllable manner.
