Being allowed out for short drives

I am a classic car owner and being allowed out for short drives would definitely be a morale booster for myself and my family. A change of scenery whilst being responsible and not travelling long distances would break the monotony

Why the contribution is important

I feel it is important to people like myself who wish to indulge their hobby with family members whilst being responsible

Why? Driving for no reason should be banned anyway due to the effect on environment.
