Bicycle deliveries

Local teams of bikes with trailers/boxes that deliver on a round from a central depot that receives the national deliveries for small one person handling.
Reduce air pollution, sound pollution, traffic in residential areas. strengthen cycling overall and give teens a practical way to engage with community involvement. Support security and community safety because team of cyclists are known by the people on their round. These teams also can spot suspicious activity in their area and report any harms noticed on their rounds.
