Careful reopening if seating can be rejigged to increase spacing (e.g. 1/3 max licenced capacity).

Why the contribution is important

People will appreciate - many cafes will die otherwise. Restaurants (with longer residence times) may need to wait.

    No cafe or restaurant is viable at reduced capacity, that is why we pack in the tables. The industry is going to die. We need to close it down and protect it until 2021

    The other aspect is that Covid can be passed through saliva. You are therefore at the mercy of whoever is responsible for dishwashing.
