No. The local community that would need to provide food, medical care if necessary, and services - when some of them are struggling to look after their own local population - would be put at risk needlessly. Many areas have no cases and do not want any outsiders coming in to their area. They have every right to feel this way and moving yourself into this community would be selfish. This discussion or similar has been addressed repeatedly on these pages.

Self-isolation takes place at home, at the permanent residence. It must not endanger others in communities with limited health services and resources.
    Self-isolation is not a holiday.

No travel to caravan sites and holiday homes. Small seaside communities cannot cope with extra people at this time.
Plus travelling unnecessary journeys shouldn’t be allowed.

    Agree well said Opportunity!

No second homes , no caravans, no tents!

No. This is selfishness. The communities you assail with your presence cannot handle all the covid-19 you and others like you bring to them.

Ok to visit second home, if well, but not to self-isolate

No reason why this wouldn't work, caravans wither tourers or static on seasonal pitches already have there own facilities and are spaced out, would be easy to Social distance, and as its self catering, no need to visit local shops/supermarkets, just bring your own supplies

Caravan owners should be allowed to use for self isolation

Caravan and holiday home owners should be allowed to go to their properties provided they self isolate as required by Government guidance.

I agree that they should open caravan parks to caravan owners but only if they fee well, if not they should stay at home.

Yes they should be allowed if they are fit and well while travelling, can safely self isolate if require or travel home is symptoms occur but not on public transport.

Holiday makers should be allowed to rent out self catering cottages. They probably would be self isolating practically and can take their own food etc. If everyone follows Governments advice then it should work. We've had weeks of practice.

Its important to keep the economy going and also keep safe. People have to get about their daily lives and their mental health and well being too.

Would like to see sites open to holiday home owners who are able to physically distance and take their own provisions. This would be conducive to their health and well being and where appropriate help the economies of local communities which they would normally support.
