Social distancing is easy to maintain whilst playing and provided bookings are done online then car parks will not become crowded (club houses still remain closed).
Competition golf can only be recommenced if scores can be uploaded via an app thus eliminating need for competitors to submit a scorecard or enter score on common computer within club house or professional shop

Provides physical exercise but also aids mental well being and some degree of safe interaction outwith individual household
