Civil Courts

Could it be considered for civil courts to re-open in dealing with wills etc... would it be possible for some issues to be dealt with digitally.. solicitors working from home and council offices open ? Many thanks

Lost mother-in-law just prior to lockdown ... she left everything prepared for her estate, as a family we are unable to move forward as we cannot get Probate granted. Fortunately we can still pay bills that still come in .. but we are unable as a family to move forward. Our solicitor has all relevant details and paper work , but we cannot move forward as the courts still closed .Many thanks
