Close non essential outlets

Enforce the closure of shops and outlets that are non-essential and are encouraging people to mix and make non essential journeys, foing against government advice.
Costa coffee is non essential, these items can be bought from a supermarket
Fast food (KFC etc.) Is non essential and can be bought from a supermarket.
Home deliveries from pubs (cocktails & pints) are non essential journeys . Again alcohol can be bought from a supermarket

By allowing non essential outlets such as Costa, KFC & pubs to open for collections or delivery is encouraging non essential travel and is giving opportunity for people to mix when they should be at home following government guidance
