The Govt should close this site and start afresh, extending the period for the public response. It has just become far too messy to help the discussion.
There are numerous overlapping ideas, duplications, far too many to view sensibly, and this is not helping democracy.
The site should be re-opened with the key main categories listed (eg. that there be dedicated Covid hospitals while the rest revert to normal care; schools re-opening; solo sports; driving; businesses re-opening; PPE equipment; etc). Many of these need only have a tick/agree or X/disagree response, but also comments as required.
Additionally, it just seems to keep dropping you at random places in the site after you make a comment. It's very difficult to work through, and it needs to be much, much more professional.

Why the contribution is important
Because it allows fuller expression for democratic opinion than the current poorly organised and presented website.

They could e-mail those whose ideas are hidden explaining why. It takes ages and ages to plough through this as it stands and it will put people off commenting thereby diluting the value of what is actually a good idea. I've been looking at this for around 3 hours and am only on page 8!!

1. This should be sent to everyone, how come some people especially young people don't know about it.
2. It should be less specific, why list each individual sport, instead group together sports with similar amount on contact.
3. There should be a survey where you organise about 10 items in order of preference (for example one item could be: allow sports/activities with 1 other person, allow sitting in parks, allow short drives, allow self employed people to return to work if they can physically distance, allow researchers and other work professions to return to work if they can physically distance. This could be your top preference. An item such as opening pubs, cafes and restaurants could be your least priority.
4. It's very hard to find comments you agree with, that isn't something you would search. For example I support self employed workers but as a university student i wouldn't think to search this. Without searching it I wouldn't come across it and show my support for it. You can be on this survey for hours to try and find other things you agree with but it just gets a bit frustrating.
