Colour coded areas

1st level of restrictions lifting- staying within designated boundaries (towns, counties, radius)
Leave vulnerable at home on lockdown, those over 60, and those with underlying health conditions. They must be emotionally and financially supported.

Designate colour coded areas ,based on number of positive tests or percentage of population infected.

Green < 1%
Yellow < 5%
Red< 10%

Based on the colour, that area must abide by the rules designated by the colour code and there area.

Contact tracing
Reducing the spread.

    Quite like the colour code as different regions differ, and it keeps it simple for the public. While I agree with shielding the elderly they have bills to pay, and need a life too. I think they should have the option to go back to work after the initial impact is understood.

    I think this is a very good idea for highlighting to people risks in specific area. However I feel that really clear guidelines would have to be explained plus guidelines that are not optional for all ie social distancing would need to be stressed continually

    Now is the government's time to shine...especially for those caught up in the pension trap that have, or had serious illnesses.
