Confusing message

We either need to have been completely quarantined and no risk taking and or have had antibody testing before this.

Folk are flouting the rules just now visiting their mums and grannies and not grasping that they could be carriers. People are to relaxed already imagine the risk...

Needs extremely clear guidelines about what is allowed, the criteria for that and when. Strict and clear.

People still aren’t getting it just saying you can visit your family or friends in bubbles is going to increase the risk if they aren’t getting it now... which trust me they aren’t.
