I believe that dentists and opticians could be safely reopened with suitable PPE for professionals and guidance for patients. Dental and optical issues can impact greatly on not only physical well-being but also impacts on mental health. Someone with visual restrictions may not be able to take part in computer led social activities too other leisure activities e.g. reading, board games, jigsaws etc. Dental health is essential for overall health.
