Deploy the Army on the street

It quite obvious that the police are stretched thinly, and its very obvious that people are not abiding by the lockdown rules. There is far to many people out on the streets in large number with no social distancing. The shop next door to me is as busy as ever. The police need help in some form to enforce these lockdown, deploy the army, increase penalties. People need to be told not asked to stay at home and only go out when required, not for a jolly good time or catch up with mate. They put your like in danger, they forfeit there own at their own risk.

Why the contribution is important

Keeping the idiots who cant abide by rules off the street.

Couldn't agree move, there is not enough policing of the rules, we all need to speak up when we see the rules flouted and report.

I too feel frustration frequently, when I’m out once daily walking the dog, or, even more so, visiting the supermarket once a week. While many folk at least try to follow the rules, there are always those who can’t be bothered.
But as annoying as that is, I don’t think deploying the army is the answer.
Educate, explain, involve - and then start the process again. The situation in supermarkets could and should be improved by less friendly staff.
