Divide school day into two halves

Opening schools can be delayed until after Summer. It is possible to open schools fully by putting a typical school day into two identical halves. For example, consider a P5 class of 20 students. 10 of these can come to school in the morning and other 10 come in the afternoon. The teacher of that class will be teaching same topics to his/her own class throughout the day. The teacher’s workload will not be increased and all students will have the chance to be at school full week.

Why the contribution is important

This is an effective way of helping all students go back to schools after Summer with better protection and without increasing the workload of teachers. Morning-Afternoon classes is implemented in many countries successfully. So splitting the school day would not cost Government a penny and our children and teachers will be safe in schools. Sending children to schools in certain days of the week is a terrible idea and will cost us a generation.
