Dutch approach

Use the Dutch approach to slowly unlock the country. Their website has an English version about the strategy for the next months:

Why the contribution is important

The Dutch have used an intelligent lock down during the start of the Corona outbreak. Their intelligent lock down (with more freedom than the UK) has proven to be a very effective method to stop the spreading of the virus without completely locking down the country. At the moment they have 5000 death on a population of 17 million. That is roughly the same ratio as the UK (20000 on 67 million). However, they are already opening up their country.

Their new strategy for further easing restrictions is clear and simple. They set clear dates and the expected changes. People know what to expect in the following months.

I don't think we can compare ourselves to or use other countries actions as a blue print for ours as there are many factors that come into play & differ in every country, yes it's worth looking at what might be of use but we need a system tailored to our own countries dynamics.
