Easing lockdown by postcodes
Evidence shows that the densest concentration of cases occurs in heavily populated areas.
Most rural communities, by their very nature, tend to have lower infection rates yet are often the worst affected by the consequences of lockdown.
All areas have a postcode which is easy to locate and an be used to determine the population density, infection rates etc.
I suggest using postcodes to gradually ease lockdown.

Why the contribution is important
Rural communities often have a higher incidence of suicide and loneliness.
Easing lockdown would improve the psychological and physical well-being of the community, stimulate local economy.
Monitoring of the effects of easing lockdown would allow data to be gathered which would be useful when applied to more densely populated areas.

People would just walk up the road or travel into another postcode area then return, bringing any infection with them.
