Think that there is a real need increasing contact with people outwith your household
This is detrimentally affecting the mental health of people who are alone and not able to see people outwith their household.
if people are in the habit of living between 2 household then this should have been allowed to continue as they see that as their household. Current definition of household is too restrictive.

Why the contribution is important
To reduce impact on mental health and reduce suicides and hospital admissions.
We are so concerned about Coronavirus admissions we forget the others need help to and have equally important needs.
