Encourage click-collect for smaller stores

To allow all businesses to open and help return to normal, where it is the case in smaller stores that social distancing cannot be effectively practised then retail businesses should be encouraged to adopt click&collect services where possible.

Support should be made available for this, especially for smaller businesses

We all want the economy to get up and moving again, and this is especially true for small independent retailers.

It's also extremely important that we continue to practice social distancing, therefore instead of the current recommendation that non-essential stores be closed... we should encourage retailers to look for methods where contact-free retailing can take place through click&collect or other means.
