Expand School Hubs

Widen access to school hubs, enabling children whose parents are not key workers to attend, perhaps just for a day or 2 a week.

Besides supporting work-at-home parents, this will help remind children of how school works. For the younger ones especially, it could take months to settle back into a school routine, and so attending a hub, seeing other children, and being with professional teacher even for a couple of hours a week could help bridge that transition.
It would also be an opportunity for teachers to see how the children are doing and perhaps identifying those who need support.
