Face coverings and hygiene stations

In enclosed public spaces face coverings should be strongly encouraged/mandatory along with hand sanitizing stations everywhere.

Why the contribution is important

It is simply not enough to subtly suggest that people cover their mouth and nose so they don't pass on the virus. We must be bolder. If everyone did this and had access to hand sanitizer when out in the community then it would surely lesson the spread of the virus and allow some version of normality to continue.

    Yes. And other countries have successfully introduced access to sanitizer and free masks

    This appears to be a very smart move towards developing a national health and hygiene policy which would in turn become habit and would go a long way to combatting standard winter flu in normal circumstances

    Mandatory mask wearing in enclosed public spaces, include private retail outlets. Fines for non compliance.

    If you faff around with 'nudge' messaging then it won't work.

    No mask, no entry. Simple, job done. Pandemic finished. Ask Korea, Japan or Czech whether it works or not instead of pin-striped pseudo scientists inhabiting Whitehall and ScotGov.
