    Yes, there is no evidence that this is other than a (no) paper exercise so THEY can say they've consulted the "people". Not a word to suggest they've taken any of the views on board or responded to genuine debates.

    Totally agree. So far it's coming across as a box ticker and a PR exercise. If anything comes out if it, it will only be topics the Scottish government intended to focus on. As for the moderation ie censorship, don't even get me started.
