First steps to healthy normality and return of civil liberties

As now happening in England;

* Open tennis courts, golf courses, beaches - and access roads thereto - all healthy, outdoor exercise
* Let people drive to golf courses, tennis courts, and beaches
* 'Normal' 2-yards apart precautions can be observed
* Let people out of quarantine/ house-arrest as often as they wish - if going outdoors for exercise once a day is good, it's also good MORE THAN once a day - ie as often as they wish

Why the contribution is important

Helps to restore and maintain public health
Helps to partially restore civil liberties
Helps to partially make the quarantine / house-arrest rules less disproportionate
