Fishing restrictions should be relaxed

Fishing could be resumed for single anglers socially isolating or only in company with members of their own household, travelling alone or with household members within a sensible distance of their homes initially. Many anglers do not live near to their fisheries so a travelling distance restriction would need to recognise this, maybe 40 miles to start with and further relaxation each week if it proves safe to do so.
Why the contribution is important
Angling is good for relaxation, isolation and mental health, and is usually undertaken in a manner that naturally leads to social distancing as required to prevent the spread of Covid 19.
