I spoke to my friend in Spain yesterday and she was telling me about the rules there are using as they ease lockdown. It was something like :
Adults can go out 06.00-10.00 and 20.00-23.00
Over 70's/vulnerable groups can go out 10.00-12.00 and 19.00-20.00
Families with children can go out 12.00-19.00
I think this is a great idea and means everyone can go out safely and no one is segregated

Why the contribution is important
We are shielding and if we had a safe time slot to go out it would be lovely
