A range of options must be created for businesses which will never be allowed to open in the current climate, as they would never be able to be social distancing compliant and still function in their previous (Pre-virus) role.
I.E. children's soft play areas
Support them financially for a limited period of time, allow them to apply for fast tracked change of use planning permission, free of charge and support their diversification into another form of viable business.

Why the contribution is important
There must be an alternative route for businesses which are non-viable and have no alternative viable options.
