Will the Scottish govt continue furlough payments if Westminster allow business back before Hollywood does.

People who are furloughed just now are able to keep their jobs , but if furlough was not available they would be paid off in most cases. Most people on furlough are at least able to keep on top of their household bills and therefore keeping the stress levels of Being able to provide for their families at a minimum. Bills don’t just go away. If they are deferred until after lockdown, they still have to be paid and are higher every month therefore causing more stress . This would not be good for the economy in Scotland. In the end it would be the ordinary working family that would suffer yet again
