Furlough

Furlough should contiue for staff of difficult to restart sectors of the economy such as hospitality, tourism and airline staff (not exclusive obviously)

Why the contribution is important

If not there will be mass lay offs and mass unemployment.

    Yes definitely people still have jobs and will be safe in return

    To retain staff, for when the economy does pick up, furloughing companies/employers, if they haven’t already done so, may have to reduce salaries temporarily. No one thought this problem was going to go away in three months, it will be a long process decreasing over time so the Government should stay with it for as long as it takes with full support for any sector or part of the UK that deems it necessary. The money tree is without limits - as long as you print your own.
