Getting a Rough Idea of Actual Infection Rates

Why dont we have a website where people are encouraged to say if they have had symptoms whether tested or not. This might give a rough idea as to actual infection rates in the community based on symptoms

We really need to know not from computer models but from people on the street in the absence of meaningful community testing how widespread infections are and the likeliehood of the infection rate slowing for that reason
