Government Funds Study into how pubs could reopen

According to the BBC, the Scottish Government is funding a study into how pubs can reopen.

The Scottish Government could consider some of Australia's licensing rules such as the Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) program and implement something similar.

Why the contribution is important

There are always drunk people in pubs who continue to be served. Intoxicated people can end up in NHS care while they either sobar up or need treatment and this needs to be prevented to protect the NHS.

Agree, it's best to look at what other countires do already.

Its potentially a good time to introduce drunk tanks.
Move it away from the NHS front line and charge people £20 if they end up in there.

For people that think people are drinking less and there is less drunkenness violence or health issues during the lockdown.
There is more domestic violence right now, hardly being reported, but it's happening and it been driven by alcohol.

It may be at first open the pub gradually one day per week up to lockdown lifting.
