Gyms Open

Yes i think Gym facilities should be open as people use training facilities to clear their minds and alleviate stress. You can go to Tesco, Asda, The Range, B&M’s, Home Bargains etc and once inside no social distancing whatsoever, i think being able to alleviate stress and better your mind and body physically means more than going to B&M’s or The Range to buy ornaments and plant pots, just as long as the Gym facilities incorporates some sort of distancing rule

Why the contribution is important

To better the mind and wellbeing of individuals who use training as part of their healthy life choice

When inside a gym, people are sweating and touching all the different types of equipment. A common hotspot for infection. Realisitcally people are also horrendous at cleaning after use. This is not the same as doing shopping with a mask on. A very dangerous suggestion at this stage. Excercise can be taken outside to clear the mind and better ones mental health.

Gym should be one of last things to open. Not essential and hot sweaty people indoors together not a good idea.
