    Hard to manage and might need to be limited to a once a month or once every two months visit - weekly hairdresser visits would be impossible to keep the hairdresser safe

    Not sure how they could make this safe? Clients and workers would need to wear masks.

    Badly needed. Both hairdresser and client would require to wear a mask. Merit in limiting frequency of appointments for each person

    Hairdressers are often freelance and cannot access some of the government funding so need to get back to work.
    I think this is one thing which would have a massive boost to peoples sense of well being. it would need to be carefully managed but it would be easier to control and trace than in busy supermarkets. At least you have a record of clients and hairdressers can be in control of use of face masks etc.
    It is notable that most other EU countries emerging from lock down have included this in phase one.

    I hope to see the reopening of beauty salons and hairdressers early on during the phased removal of lockdown. I think they are vital for people including a massive improvement in mental health and morale and this lockdown has highlighted how undervalued beauticians and hairdressers were. PPE is essential but if someone small businesses would like to open soon they should have the ability to do so and offer the treatments they are comfortable to offer.

    Totally agree.Its important to individuals and how they feel about themselves.Even though it was just and appointment every 6weeks
