Too many people still cough in their hand and when out and about can't wash hands - they then transmit to surface, also sometimes it's hard to get tissue out before sneeze happens - So its hugely important that we all clean down our hands.

As the luminous paint test showed - 1 person putting paint on hand 30 people were covered in it within 30 minutes (I think 3-4 over their mouth area by that point) - 1 hand wipe would have prevented all of that spread.
