Carry out a temperature test perhaps every 3 days and record the evidence on a card, this could also have evidence of being tested and the results also. All employers need to check the card then allow workers in to carry out their duties.

Why the contribution is important

This is proof of a person being clear, results are dated and anyone without the card would not be allowed to work . Could be used for many other activities

Not everyone infected with this virus develops high temperature. We would need a reliable antibody test.

Even an antibody test would be flawed (as I understand). We don't know what level of antibodies are required or if they are even effective in not being affected or infectious

Such a thing could be very easily forged unless it is made by the Royal Mint or Passport Office.
