Help for parents with children that have adhd/asd

This is particularly challenging for children with adhd or asd. They have been thrown out of their routines they badly need, not being able to go to parks/beaches causes them to become difficult and destructive. It would be great if I was able to take my adhd son out to parks or beaches (social distancing will be used at all times)

I think it’s important because my son and other kids like him, are getting agitated being at home and the short walks are not helping. He is becoming more aggressive and destructive which is challenging.
