Help graduates

Help graduates stay in employment by subsidizing their graduate position for a year after graduation.

Currently there are a large number of graduates about to leave university into employment. Given the major economic downturn that can be caused from covid 19, it's likely that a lot of companies will cancel or postpone there graduate programs. To stop a large skill gap and to help disadvantaged students, it would be helpful if the government could subsidize these graduates. This will also help employer retail. Talent while protecting their cashflow during the crisis.
