Helping Nursing homes

If we are not using all our intensive care units would this in turn mean we may have some Spare Nurses available that could be used to bolster the nursing homes. I understand the majority are privately run but at these times extra fully qualified nurses would be a great help , be it hands on or helping with Infection control

Why the contribution is important

Help infection control and extra qualified nurses may help in turn with the death rates over the long hall. Even a fresh set of eyes can see where the procedures need tightening/improved upon.

Move patients from nursing homes to the SECC to allow for effective control and treatment. Unless of course they are in EMI units where I totally agree that more qualified staff could temporarily assist
