Allow livery yards and riding schools to reopen to provide out door exercise for those of us who choose this as our preferred option.
Why the contribution is important
Horses and ponies need regular care, attention and exercise, the Animal Welfare Act is in place to ensure this happens.
Currently this is being compromised due to livery yards and schools being closed.
Allowing them to reopen for personal (and not competition) use would not only be good for the animals but would relieve the added stress and anxiety being felt during lockdown by this form of exercise being prohibited.
