If family members have been locked down for 14 days and not visited anywhere then they should be safe and able to visit other family members without harm. As long as all members have been sensible enough to have locked themselves down for 14 days. If not they will have to wait the 14 days. Of course common sense that that any members of households that has symptoms of corid must not visit or be visited until after the 14 day safety period being adhered too.
Why the contribution is important
This will help family's mental health - whether it be parents, grandparents or children. It will stop people feeling the need to 'sneek out' to meet their fiancé's or boyfriends - if both party's have been in lockdown for 14 days there should not be a problem.
