Incentivise furloughed delivery drivers to assist supermarkets

Members of the workforce who usually have access to a personal or business vehicle that is capable of being temporarily converted into a delivery van, should be incentivised to assist supermarkets and local businesses that provide a reason for people to leave their homes.

This will reduce the total number of people leaving their homes to go shopping and will ensure that safety is maintained without the need for overcrowding at supermarkets and shops. This will largely reduce the risk to the more vulnerable in our communities.
