Increase support for NHS staff

Please consider offering child care for pre-school children of NHS GP’s where both parents work, but one parent not categorised as key worker. As per other areas of the UK who offer funded childcare places for NHS key worker children, regardless of the second parents occupation.

Why the contribution is important

GP’s and consequently working partners are under incredible strain juggling priorities given the current workload, my concern is that this is not going to change soon but unsustainable long-term.
Having child care at least two days a week at a hub would be very helpful.

Thank you for all your work to date. we feel part of a strong government.

GP's earn plenty enough to pay for any childcare they need as of 2019 the average GP now earns £113,000 after seeing a pay boost of more than 10 per cent in the last four years plus whatever income their spouse or partner earns from their job, either one parent stay at home with children or get a nanny they can well afford it, if any contribution to childcare was to be given it should be to all the NHS staff who earn a pittance in comparison like nurses & many other valuable employees who should be shown they are valued.
