Interest free loans for electric bikes

Get more people off public transport and out of cars by offering interest fee loans on electric cycles

Why the contribution is important

Get people back to work and keep them off public transport and out of cars. Electric bikes might appeal to people whose fitness isn’t up to a push bike

Not lockdown related merely a personal crusade

No from a health promotion perspective.
    Get cycling!

Not lockdown related, just typical cyclist forcing their trash ideology on the rest of us. Have you all no shame?!

Great idea. I know several people who have started cycling again after many years and who are actively considering electric bikes as a means of continuing to cycle. Yes, this IS lockdown-related: we have been given a rare opportunity to explore some "different ways of living" and if some people discover that "electric cycling" fits their ambitions for their health and for the environment, we should not let the opportunity pass.

Electric bikes meet a lot of commuter's needs elsewhere in Europe, but typically those places with long and predictably temperate summers.

It is clearly a healthier, and less likely to lead to virus transmission - method of travel, but unless companies are serious about being cycle friendly, it will remain niche.

Disheartened to hear cycling described as a trash ideology.
