Keep Current Lockdown

I think that we should keep the current lockdown measures in place until it can be proved that the R number has reduced dramatically and stays reduced, because as we have seen in Germany and other countries that have eased lockdown restrictions, their R number has started to rise above 1 and at the moment our R number in Scotland is too close to 1 to relax anymore of the restrictions.

The current lockdown restrictions should be made more publicly available in the press and the media, as there are too many mixed messages coming out of UK-wide sources.

These lockdown restrictions should be fully enforced, so the members of the public get the message that this is serious, as there are many taking it into their owns hands to decide themselves what is appropriate.

I think this is important, because it will not overwhelm our NHS, it will save more lives and keeping with it, will hopefully mean the lockdown will not last as long, because if we ease up too quickly we could end up having a second wave of the virus that is out of control and then we would be back to square one.
