Keep going

It’s too early to end restrictions. In fact I would enforce the current ones more as some people aren’t compliant

Why the contribution is important

    I don’t agree that it’s too early.
We now have to learn to live alongside this virus.
There may be no vaccine for 12/18 months ; there may be NO vaccine at all.
The disease fatalities are mainly among older people. I am not saying older people are not important. I am older myself.
However the rest of society is paying a very heavy price for protecting older people.
I have real concerns about the other serious health conditions and deaths from those as a result of the lockdown and vulnerable children during this time and the increase in domestic violence and murders of women and children and many other societal and health issues.
The Govt can’t continue it’s huge bailouts and many people are worried sick about how to manage to keep their businesses going or if they will have a job after the lockdown is lifted.
We have to do everything possible to live and work now sensibly and safely but we must ease these restrictions now.
