Keep home working an option for local authorities, encouraging staff to work from home and maybe stagger the working week? your work pattern could be two days office, three days at home - will allow less people in office but could still accommodate meetings,etc.

Why the contribution is important
it cuts down gatherings of people in office environment - open plan offices spread germs more easily. cuts down levels of commuting. using more virtual meetings cuts down on expenses hence saves money.
