Keeping busy

For those cooped up endlessly we need to be able to be busy but in a constructive way. We need access to materials for DIY or craft work or home maintenance. Online is OK for certain things but access to construction or decorating materials on a click and collect basis could be good for the economy and our mental health

Why the contribution is important

To keep people busy, motivated and thus calmer

I'm disabled, and shielding due to severe respiratory problems and would appreciate it if compost, growbags, and vegetable plants could be ordered online, and delivered to my back gate, with no contact of course , so that I could get a bit of gentle excercise in my garden, with the added benefit of delicious home grown organic vegetables

There is plenty of advice and guidance available online, and plenty of sellers on ebay selling craft and art materials.

For those wanting gardening supplies, go to Morrison’s. If shielding get in touch with your local neighbourhood support group on Facebook and ask them to do shopping for you.
