Legalise electric scooters

Bring forward legislation to allow electric scooters on roads inside cities. This would allow people who cannot cycle or walk to travel safely without use of public transport, and would also improve air quality. This is in place all across Europe and is successful. However, private ownership should be encouraged, as the sharing schemes in Europe could allow for spread of the virus.

Reduce numbers on public transport, thereby reducing opportunities for virus spread. Added bonus is a reduction in greenhouse gases
